Catalyst Sports Management is a full-service athlete representation and recruiting advisory firm dedicated to helping athletes maximize opportunities throughout every stage of their careers. From recruiting guidance and exposure strategies to NIL representation, revenue sharing, contract negotiations, and long-term career planning, our mission is to provide athletes with honest guidance, personalized support, and trusted advocacy.

Whether an athlete is pursuing collegiate opportunities or preparing for the next chapter of their career, Catalyst is committed to providing the resources and support needed to succeed both on and off the field of play.

Founded by Braxton Allmon, Catalyst combines coaching experience, recruiting knowledge, sports business education, and legal training to provide athletes and their families with comprehensive guidance throughout their athletic journey. Braxton earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, is a registered athlete agent, and is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor degree. His unique background provides an understanding of both the competitive and business sides of modern athletics.

As a varsity head basketball coach, Braxton has spent the past four years working directly with student-athletes pursuing collegiate opportunities. During that time, his program has accumulated more than 100 victories, advanced to three consecutive state semifinal appearances, and earned back-to-back top-15 national finishes. Through coaching, he has gained firsthand experience helping athletes communicate with college coaches, prepare recruiting materials, navigate the recruiting process, and pursue opportunities at the next level.

Catalyst Sports Management was created after recognizing a common challenge throughout athletics: many talented athletes never receive the opportunities they deserve because they lack guidance, organization, exposure, or experienced representation. While talent is essential, long-term success often depends on having the right people in your corner at the right time.

Today, Catalyst supports athletes through every stage of their development. For high school athletes, that means recruiting guidance, exposure strategies, communication with college programs, and long-term planning. As athletes advance in their careers, Catalyst also provides athlete representation, NIL guidance, revenue sharing support, contract negotiation assistance, and professional career planning.

Our athletes also benefit from access to a trusted professional network. Catalyst works alongside experienced attorneys with more than 20 years of experience in negotiation, mediation, trial advocacy, business formation, estate planning, and real estate. Their experience includes negotiating complex legal matters, including multiple six and seven-figure settlements. Athletes also have access to trusted strength and conditioning coaches, position-specific trainers, sports nutrition professionals, and referrals to experienced financial advisors. Legal support included within our representation is provided at no additional fee for the services included in our representation.
